mTw march on in Kiev

mTw are the fourth team to reach the semi finals at the IEM5 European Championship Finals after seeing off Lions 2-0.

On de_nuke, mTw won the opening three rounds, an advantage that got mTw so pumped up that he had a nosebleed, which forced a quick timeout. Lions were finding it very hard to break through the Danish defence, with Martin "trace" Heldt crucial in a number of rounds as mTw were up 10-5 at the break.

Upon switching sides, a well-planned atacking strategy from mTw in the pistol round was successfully carried thanks to Heldt, who pulled off three Desert Eagle headshots. mTw's offensive moves proved far too hot for Lions to handle as the Danish side walked out 16-7 winners.

The next map, de_train, kicked off with mTw on the CT side, and the Danes really gave a lecture on how to defend on this map as they conceded just three rounds. In the second half, Lions still tried to achieve something, but mTw were not up for allowing a comeback and finished the map with a 16-11 scoreline.
